HOW WE GOT HERE

2018

Founded in Stockholm

PlayChoiceGuides launched as a small blog run by three football-obsessed friends. The first season attracted 400 managers from across Scandinavia.

2019

First Player Database

Launched a structured player database covering 200+ footballers with real performance metrics. User base grew to 4,000 active managers within six months.

2021

Squad Builder Launch

The interactive squad builder went live — a major platform upgrade. 18,000 managers registered in the first month. Platform coverage expanded to 8 leagues.

2023

FIFA-Style Card System

Introduced the iconic player card design inspired by classic football card culture. Each card features six key stats and real-time performance ratings.

2026

94,000 Managers Worldwide

PlayChoiceGuides now serves managers from 47 countries. Vind och Ljus AB incorporated in Sweden to formally support the platform's continued growth.
